We've started about half of the included varieties with very good results so far. I really like the ability to jump around to different plants and get feedback from the rest of the family on what they like better before investing in a larger number of a single variety. Note, the Freckle Leaf Romaine has probably been the toughest to get started. I have a suspicion that it germinates and roots slower than other varieties and the seed/seedling is drying out too quick, so I have to test this the next time around.
