Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 1 business day. We offer free shipping on oders over $75 to all our customers in the continental US. We use multiple carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

We do offer international shipping rates as well. Please contact us for a quote (Support@TheHydroTower.com).

We are unable to process cancellations after they have shipped, but the items can still be returned within 30 days if unused.
