We started down the indoor hydroponics rabbit hole with the overpriced brands, and seeing negative reviews on their customer service, kept researching options (top one being diy given their prices). HD1 ended up being better value than diy (accounting parts and time), so I was easily sold. Also price compared nutrients/additives locally, and was cheaper to buy from y'all, so did so.
